The sun was out and on full display for the St. Johannes College community as we gathered to celebrate our 59th annual Sports Day. It was a quintessential day for athletics—clear blue skies and a golden sun provided the perfect backdrop for a day dedicated to health, competition, and school pride. The energy on the field was electric as students from all levels arrived ready to give their absolute best, showcasing incredible speed and agility across a wide array of track and field events.
One of the most heartwarming highlights was the spirited participation of our SJC parents. The parent-student races brought a wonderful sense of community to the track, proving that athleticism and school spirit truly run in the family. It was inspiring to see families working together, sharing laughs, and making memories that will last a lifetime. We are so grateful to the parents who traded their formal shoes for sneakers to join the fun!
A huge “well done” goes out to all of our winners and participants! Your hard work, training, and determination truly paid off. Whether you took home a medal or reached a personal best, every student who stepped onto the track showed the grit and sportsmanship that defines SJC. Thank you to the teachers, staff, and volunteers who worked behind the scenes to make this milestone event a reality. We can’t wait to see you all again for our 60th anniversary games!
