Notes to Applicants for P1 Residual Places 2019-2020
I. Application
a. Application Form
Application Forms are available from 29th May 2019 (Wednesday). Forms can be obtained in our school website.

b. Application Form Submission
Application Period: 29th May 2019 (Wednesday) – 5th June 2019 (Wednesday)
The following documents should be arranged to be submitted to the school by email or by hand:
1. Completed Application Form
2. A valid copy of applicant’s identity documents (i.e. birth certificate and/or passport etc.)
3. Two HK$ 6.00 (2) stamped A5 envelopes with the return address clearly written on both.
4. Application fee: HK$100.00 to be submitted together with the application form.
(The application fee includes the interview fee and is non-refundable and non-transferable whether the application is successful or not.)
*Parents who sent Application Form via Email may submit No. 3, No. 4 on the day of interview upon registration.
II. Interview Arrangements
The School will arrange interviews for applicants. The details of the interview arrangements will be sent by email to parents.
III. Admission Notification
Successful applicants will receive notifications by email.
